Welcome to Ceylon Tour Kings (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, inquiring about, or booking any of our private tour packages, airport transfers, taxi services, or custom holiday itineraries, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us prior to confirming your booking so we may assist you with any questions.

All bookings can be made directly through our website booking inquiry forms, via official WhatsApp (+94 72 225 4255), or through email (ceylonttkings@gmail.com).

• Inquiry & Quote: Upon submitting your travel requirements, our travel specialists provide a tailored quote and detailed itinerary.
• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered officially confirmed only once the agreed advance deposit has been received and an official booking voucher is issued.
• Accurate Details: Guests are responsible for providing correct flight details, passport names, and special requests at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) as indicated on the itinerary quotation. We guarantee transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

• Deposit: A deposit (typically 20% to 30% depending on the package and hotel policy) is required upon confirmation to secure accommodations and transport.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival in Sri Lanka in cash (USD / EUR / GBP / LKR) or via agreed electronic payment methods.
• Fuel & Highway Tolls: All our private tour and transfer prices include vehicle fuel, government taxes, highway toll charges, and driver expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations must be notified to Ceylon Tour Kings in writing via email or WhatsApp as early as possible.

• More than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: Full refund of deposit minus any non-refundable hotel reservation fees or payment processing charges.
• 7 to 14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: Deposit is non-refundable as vehicle allocations and hotel blocks are finalized.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters, flight cancellations, or governmental travel restrictions, we will offer full credit for rescheduling or maximum possible refunds.

Each tour package clearly outlines what is included and excluded:

• Included: Private air-conditioned vehicle, dedicated English-speaking chauffeur guide, fuel, toll fees, parking, accommodation with daily breakfast (for multi-day packages), and airport pick-up/drop-off.
• Excluded: International airfare, Sri Lanka ETA visa fees, entry tickets to archaeological sites and wildlife safaris (unless pre-booked in custom quote), lunches/dinners (unless specified), travel insurance, and personal gratuities/tips.

Our fleet comprises modern, air-conditioned, commercially insured vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, KDH Vans, and Minibuses). Our drivers are licensed, professional, and knowledgeable.

• Driver Working Hours: Normal daily driving hours are typically between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, adhering to international road safety regulations.
• Luggage Capacity: Guests must ensure the selected vehicle category comfortably accommodates their party and total baggage count.
• Vehicle Cleanliness & Safety: Vehicles are sanitized and cleaned daily for your comfort and peace of mind.

While our vehicles are fully insured under commercial passenger transit laws in Sri Lanka, we strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance covering emergency medical expenses, baggage loss, and trip cancellation before departing for Sri Lanka.

One of the key benefits of booking with Ceylon Tour Kings is flexibility. You may request minor route adjustments or photo stops along the way in coordination with your chauffeur guide, provided it does not compromise safety, distance feasibility, or hotel check-in schedules.
